Synopsis

When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel, and Bill Lawrence were asked how they landed Harrison Ford for the show, Segel said that Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and was going to audition people who were similar to Ford. Segel told Goldstein that they had to at least take it to Ford first, thinking he would immediately reject it, but at least other people would hear that Harrison Ford had been offered the project and that other big-name actors were interested.
Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was overjoyed nonetheless

Partly because I found there to be something in the real world based on a therapist who needs therapy and wants to reach out to his patients to unexpectedly overcome his own issues.
The show isn’t for everyone
I also respect the way it’s presented – he’s not doing something that other therapists are supposed to do and that’s pretty clear. There are no silly situations like in other shows like Loot, but the show is still in its early stages and I’ll keep watching it.
